Cygnet is Swan Orchestral Systems' software solution for intelligently enhancing live musical performances, including musical theatre, opera, and orchestral or rock concerts.

Cygnet can perform some, or all, instrumental parts of any orchestration or musical arrangement, under precise human control. Unlike standard MIDI sequencers or CD playback systems, which force the conductor and performers to follow a machine's tempo, Cygnet follows the conductor and performers, beat by beat, measure by measure, expertly and exactly. Cygnet can respond to every nuance of tempo fluctuation, and allows the user to instantly alternate between beat-by-beat control, and having Cygnet simply play on its own at the tempo last specified by the user.
